The materials of Jiaxing color boxes are divided into two categories: face paper and pit paper.
1. Noodle paper:
Common types of facial paper include: powder grey paper, grey copper, white copper, single copper, fancy card, gold card, platinum card, silver card, laser card, kraft paper, etc.
There are two types of white background whiteboards: white copper and single copper.
Their commonality is that both sides are white. The front side can be printed, but the back side cannot be printed.
Single copper: Both sides have coated surfaces, and both sides can be printed.
Pink grey paper: one side is white and the other side is gray, with a lower price. Double pink paper has both sides in white, with a higher price. The commonly used powder grey paper material is generally 250g to 450g. Copperplate paper is generally 250g to 400g.
2. Pit paper:
The fundamental structure of pit paper is a combination of a smooth kraft paper and a wavy paper (collectively referred to as a paper core). Commonly used is 120 to 160g, with occasional use of 200g paper. As for the paper core, it is entirely made from recycled waste paper, and its thickness has been changed from 130 to 160g in the past to 100 to 140g.
